Powers and Permissions

• Dio is an immortal Vampire with a Stand. He requires blood for survival and sunlight (and holy powers once he finds out about that one) can kill him. He has his Stand along for the ride, Za Warudo The World (and Jonathan's Stand but it's less exciting). The World is traditionally only visible and detectable by other Stand users but let's open that up to ANYONE AT ALL who can sense the supernatural, see ghosts/demons/angels/etc with supernatural abilities, or sense energy/spirit/etc. While in his universe only a Stand can harm a Stand, outside it, magic, supernatural beings and supernatural powers can do it too.
